We are changing how orders are handled

Important: From Monday 26 October, we no longer require you to sign off orders

We feel that adding this important step to how we process your orders will allow us a greater efficiency regarding orders and acknowledgements.

We are currently working on improving our communication and processes to ensure we can respond to you in a timely manner, we are aware this has not been happening recently and are making some changes over the next few weeks to help us provide the service you are used to from Iceni Windows.

For this to work effectively, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Orders must be received on Iceni order forms.
  • Once received they will be input and order acknowledgments returned.
  • We will automatically put your order into manufacture if we have not heard from you following a 48 hour period from sending the order acknowledgments
  • You must ensure your information is accurate at point of ordering
  • Orders will not be processed until we receive a deposit
  • To ensure there is no delay in allocating you a delivery date on standard products, orders will not be processed until a deposit is received.

ALL queries, customer service, remakes or remedial requests must be emailed with a job number/reference
